Road Sign Installation and Repair

Road Sign
Installation and Repair

  • We install and repair road signs and guardrails.
  • We keep in mind to shorten the work time in every construction in order to ease traffic jams.
  • Our uniquely developed devices increase the work efficiency in embedding road sign supports into the ground, allowing significant time savings. This economical work also helps relieve traffic congestion.

Angle-adjustable joint device for guardrail edges “ECO GUIDE”

  • ECO GUIDE allows to connect two angled guardrails without welding them.
  • ECO GUIDE is angle-adjustable and can be attached to any angled edge of guardrails.
  • ECO GUIDE is durable to rust and deterioration since welding is unnecessary.
  • ECO GUIDE only needs to exchange its parts, thus taking less time for its replacement.

Longitudinal Marking Application Methods and Their Features

1) Hot-melt application (with hand-push type machines)
Used in applying word, symbol, and arrow markings on public roads

  • Super-quick drying (get dry in approximately 1-2 minutes)
  • Providing high durability (at 1.5 mm marking thickness)
  • Excellent adhesiveness and reflectiveness(especially when applied on asphalt surface)
  • High workability

2) Ordinary temperature application (with hand-push marker devices)
Used for temporary markings during the construction process

  • Lower cost
  • High flexibility and impact-resistance

3) Heat-melt application (using paint trucks)
Used mainly for airfields and expressways

  • Reduce marking viscosity by heating without dilute solution
  • Can apply at 2-3 times the thickness of the lines applied by the ordinary temperature application
  • Glass beads are distributed on the film and remain adhered for a long period

3) Heat-melt application (using paint trucks)
Used mainly for airfields and expressways

  • Reduce marking viscosity by heating without dilute solution
  • Can apply at 2-3 times the thickness of the lines applied by the ordinary temperature application
  • Glass beads are distributed on the film and remain adhered for a long period

4) High visibility application (with specialized machines)
Used for public roads and expressways

  • Two-part liquid (Spotflex)
Highly durable and resistant to ambient temperature change
Easy to adhere to pavement surfaces
  • Hot-melt type
     Excellent wet-night retroreflectivity
Can be applied in similar ways to conventional application methods
     Quick to dry
  • Adhesive type
Can be applied without any special technique

5) Mist Line (Hot-melt spray application with hand-push type machines)
Used for public roads and expressways

  • Suitable for permeable pavements
  • Paint loss can be reduced even if pavement surfaces are uneven
  • This method requires skills and experience.

6) Melt and spray application
Used for public roads and expressways

  • Markings can be applied by paint trucks ensuring workers’ safety
  • Capable of installing approximately 10 times more markings than hand-push machines
